TOPAZ for Delphi cannot be compiled or used with C++Builder 1.
On the other hand, if you are planning to use TOPAZ with C++Builder 3 or later, you may want to consider getting TOPAZ for Delphi and using it under C++Builder 3, 4 or 5. For C++Builder 3 TOPAZ for Delphi offers everything that is available for Delphi 3 except one component: TTzVFile.
